Resolve in days what weekly therapy takes years to touch.
What Is an EMDR Intensive?
Weekly therapy is great — but it has limits. Fifty minutes, once a week, means a lot of time between sessions processing (or avoiding) what came up. Progress can feel slow, especially when you’re dealing with something that’s been stuck for years.
An EMDR Intensive flips that model. Instead of spreading treatment across months, you block out concentrated time — a full day or a multi-day immersion — to go deep, stay in the work, and actually finish processing something. No stopping right when things get good. No waiting a week to pick back up.
It’s faster, more efficient, and for many people, more effective.
